We flew our cocker spaniels from South Africa to Scotland. Extrordinair arranged everything for us we didn't do a thing.

They phoned to say my babies had arrived and then drove them all the way to my house in Glasgow. My dogs arrived clean, happy, healthy and I could tell the gentleman who looked after them loves animals, he had walked my dogs and given them water.

Our dogs travelled from Argentina to Scotland and we cant thank enough the staff for being so nice and lovely not only with our pups but with us. We flew our dog over from Cuba to the UK and Extrordinair were extremely helpful during this process. Sean was very helpful in the lead-up to her flight, answering any questions we had and Valentinas was an absolute life-saver when our dog got stuck in Amsterdam due to some issues with her paperwork. My cats came home to Scotland with me from Canada. Between KLM airlines and Extrordinair they were in great shape. Our older cat is a real timid cat and if upset can take her a couple of weeks to settle down, but within a day she was back to normal, so this more than anything proves to me her care was fantastic
